From July 2006 to Jan 2011 index, the weighting structures of indexes were obtained from the Consumer Expenditure Survey (POF) 2002-2003. From Feb 2012 index, the weighting structures of indexes were obtained from the Consumer Expenditure Survey (POF) 2008-2009.
